If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Sale items are returnable within 7 days of purchase and a credit note will be issued.

Jewellery & Headwear are not returnable. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags complete.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

We recommend your item has to be returned recorded/signed for to enable tracking.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item. we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

On inspection of the return if any of the following is found no refund will be issued:

*make-up marks

*perfume smell

*tan marks

*alterations

*strong odour

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be completed within our returns department.

VOUCHERS

All vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of purchase.
